Polycom DMA is missing from the Dashboard

Your Polycom DMA call control device has been added into Synergy SKY but it doesn't show up in the Dashboard in the Call Control section.

This happens when the Polycom DMA is a member of a cluster.

We intend to resolve this in a future version of Synergy SKY.
