Note: Much of the presentation functionality depends on the customer’s own video conferencing hardware and related software. Synergy SKY supports the use of these features, but their operation and certain limitations are determined by the device manufacturer and configuration.
Powerpoint Live

Start a Teams Meeting: Initiate a Teams meeting or webinar.

Share your Presentation: Click the "Share" button, then select "PowerPoint Live".

Choose a PowerPoint File: Select the PowerPoint file you want to present from your recent files, OneDrive, or your computer.

Present and Engage: The presenter view will appear for you, and the audience will see the slides optimized for their devices.
Full Control of Content:
As a presenter, you have a custom view that allows you to see all your notes, chats, and the audience in the same panel view. Your audience only sees the active slide, making it easier for you to track your presentation. Additionally, you can see people's video, raised hands, reactions, chat, and a thumbnail strip shows you which slides are coming next.
Whiteboarding

Start a Teams Meeting: Initiate a Teams meeting or webinar.
- Share your Presentation: Click the "Share" button, then select "Microsoft Whiteboard".
- You are good to go!
Wireless
- While in a meeting, you will usually see something like this, depending on you conferencing device
- Press the Share button (or similar, it may have another name but there is always some form of Share button)
- There is a many different ways to screenshare wirelessly, through either AirPlay, Miracast or Webex share

Airplay works for Apple devices, Miracast works for Windows device, and Webex Share work for most devices.
- Follow the istructions beneath the different icons in the picture above, and select the correct meeting room.
Cable
Requirements: HDMI Cable (perhaps adapter)
The pictures are taken on a Cisco touch 10, but the process is similar on all the endpoint devices
- Connect your HDMI Cable to your laptop with presentation

This screen or something similar will appear on your Video Device. Click share in call. Now your screen is mirrored and you may show your presentation
- If this screen does not appear or you click Dismiss accidentally, Click the share button in the middle of the screen

Now click PC then Share in call. When you want to end the screen share, the Share in call button will be replaced by an End Session button
- If the share in call button still does not appear, there may be something faulty with the cable or the adapter, so we would recommend making sure they are connected properly, or maybe change the cable/adapter. If it still does not work, you may try to contact support
