OBTP not showing up on a newly replaced Cisco Unit

Scenario
You have taken out a defective unit from your environment and you have replaced it with a like for like device.  You will notice that the device is testing correctly, the serial number is correct and there are no room configuration errors however the OBTP does not appear when you are provisioning meetings.

Solution
To resolve this problem, you have to go into the rooms list, double click the room that is causing you the problem and delete it from the list.

Once you are confident that the room has been deleted, you can now add the room  back into your configuration tool and your OBTP notifications will now be appearing as normal.
